We take the web for granted sometimes. Yes, it’s a great tool that can provide the power to transform societies. However, there are people all over the world who do not have the freedom or ability (economic or otherwise) to access the web. The recently released web index presents the use and impact of the web in 61 countries. There is a wide chasm between the top user, Sweden, and the worse, Yemen.
